The Provincial Dairy specialises in yoghurt. Our yoghurt's are smoother and creamier because they are made from fresh milk transported daily from country Victoria.

Our yoghurt makers use traditional village processes to bring you yoghurt's that are unlike any others available.

It's not just about the ingredients - it's the way we make it.

Available in either 2.2kg or 10kg tubs.

Natural Set Yoghurt

You will be delighted when your spoon glides through a layer of thick cream to this firm, smoothly textured yoghurt. thick enough to slice - sweet enough to use with savoury foods or as a cream substitute.

Traditional Strained and Folded Yoghurt

This yoghurt is hand made using the traditional method of straining and folding. The yoghurt is first strained for added thickness and then hand folded over and over to aerate and enrich the creaminess. The result is a sublime taste experience.
