Our La Cucinetta range specialises in a range of gourmet salsas and flavoured butters with strong Mediterranean influences.

The range is divided into two categories:

• Salsas
• Flavoured butters

Our salsas and flavoured butters are packed in a convenient 170 gram containers and have their own resealable lids to retain freshness and preserve the shelf life of the product.

Salsas

Our gourmet salsas are absolutely "squisito"! Made with fresh vine-picked tomatoes and other vegetables, finely chopped and mixed with herbs, we have developed unique, yet delicate combinations which will enhance almost any dish, hot or cold.

The versatility of our La Cucinetta Salsas is unlimited. Try them as base for dips, bring pizzas to life, add a real zest to pasta and transform a stir fry into a flavour explosion. They also add extra flavour to cooked vegetables, provide a delicious accompaniment to barbequed and grilled foods and work a treat for gourmet nachos. You are only limited by your imagination.

Flavoured butters

Our creamy butters come in three flavours

• Coriander
• Garlic and Basil
• Chilli

They make a delicious spread on crusty bread or cook it in an oven for delicious hot garlic-style breads.

We take away the hassle of chopping and mixing and our flavoured butters make delicious appetizers and snacks. Other applications include:

• stir-frying seafood
• braising or cooking meats
• adding some creamy flavour to spaghetti or rice
