Pestos are sauces with a nutty base and range of other ingredients, ground into a paste and moistened with oil.

Our 11 Pestos range from the more traditional Basil and Red to more adventurous combinations such as Asparagus and Macadamia, Coriander and our Capsicum Chives & Macadamia.

Our Pestos come in 2.2 kg or 170 gram containers.

Naturally fresh, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Asparagus Macadamia Pesto

A rich blend of fresh asparagus and ground macadamia nuts with a hint of Parmesan Cheese delivers a smooth rich flavour.

Basil Pesto

We have combined two of Italy's most famous cooking staples, basil and garlic to make this smooth textured pesto that simply melts on the pallet. A delight with pasta and make a terrific accompaniment to Bruschetta or add it to flavour a soup or even use as a dip with vegetables.

Beetroot Pesto

A true flavour of beetroot which adds a refreshing taste to your mouth. Perfect if you want to add a bright colour to your dish or your food platter.

Capsicum, Chives and Macadamia Pesto

Includes red capsicum with medium spices with the deliciously nutty texture of ground macadamia nuts. This distinctive flavour will delight your tastebuds. Try it as a dip or makes a great marinade for fish.

Capsicum and Eggplant Pesto

Creamy roasted eggplant has been puréed to perfection, enhanced with red peppers and seasoned with savoury old-world herbs and spices. Its wonderful with couscous, try it with your favourite vegetables or even as a fun bagel topping!

Coriander Pesto

A classic spread, Coriander is one of the most popular in our range, this pesto dances on your tongue. It has a great aroma, a burst or chilli and a hint of garlic.

Dill, Chives, and Anchovies Pesto

This perfect blend of dill, chives and anchovies is sure to send your taste buds into overdrive. Try it as a dip on a Friday afternoon. With some hard cheese a fine wine and some smoked salmon, you'll need nothing else.

Olive and Tomato Pesto

We have selected only the largest and juiciest tomatoes and combined them with the finest black olives and a superb herb and spice mélange to create our flavoursome Olive and Tomato Pesto. An intense and sophisticated flavour, this pesto will turn any pasta into a meal fit for a king. Superb as a dip with some crusty bread.

Red Pesto

Our red pesto is made from oven dried peppers and is a paste that brings practically any food dish alive. You can serve it as a dip, as an appetizer on toast, as a base for pizza or add it to spruce up pasta sauce.
