Chef's Delight

Our Chef's Delight range specialises in a large range of gourmet dips and pestos with strong Mediterranean influences.

The range is divided into five categories:

• Pestos
• Tapenades
• Dips
• Chilli salsas
• Antipastos

Our dips and pestos are packed in a convenient 170 gram and 2.2 kilogram containers and have their own resealable lids to retain freshness and preserve the shelf life of the product.

Products in this Chef's Delight range is perfect for parties and snacks and also have a wide variety of culinary applications. Pestos

Pestos are sauces with a nutty base and range of other ingredients, ground into a paste and moistened with oil.

Our 11 Pestos range from the more Traditional Basil and Red to more adventurous combinations such as Asparagus and Macadamia, Coriander and our Capsicum Chives & Macadamia.

Tapenades

Inspired by the old world tastes of the Mediterranean, our Tapenades (essentially pastes made with oil and Mediterranean vegetables such as olives, eggplant and sun dried tomatoes) offer endless cooking possibilities.

Perfect served with crusty breads and raw vegetables as dips, they also make an ideal sauce for grilled meats and strong flavoured fish.
