Andrew Papas, owner and manager believes in a "hands on" approach.

Coming from a family where there was always a strong emphasis on food and cooking, Andrew uses recipes that have been passed down through generations combining traditional old-style recipes with modern influences.

The result is a gourmet range which is an exciting combination of past and present.

Our trout dip contains real trout pieces and our Pestos contain real nuts and lots of them.
